Education Recruitment Consultant in Central Leeds
As an Education Recruitment Consultant you will be focused on repeat business and relationship building will be a core part of your success, with much of your time spent on the phone and meeting both clients and supply staff face to face throughout Leeds and the surrounding areas.

We have a desk space for a consultant, a senior and a BM. Or come in and blow my clients socks off for a quick route to BM level!
SEN, Primary and Secondary sectors available with warm clients and Frameworks already in place!

Ideally you will already have experience working within an Education Recruitment setting, but not essential!
but this is a fantastic opportunity for 360 Recruitment Consultants from other temp backgrounds to step in to a Education Recruitment setting and enjoy all the benefits that come with this.

You will be responsible for:

• Identifying and engaging with new and existing schools.
• Attracting Education professionals that are matched to the school requirements.
• Advertising on job boards & social media.
• Interviewing and pre-screening candidates.
• Visiting these schools to understand their requirements and explain how you can support them.
• Filling vacancies on a supply and contract basis

To be successful in this role you will display:

• A proven track record in recruitment/sales
• Have an understanding of the recruitment industry
• Working with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
• The ability to work under pressure
