My client, based in the centre of Nottingham are looking to expand their Facilities Management team.

We are looking for a resourcer with at least 6 months experience in any sector but Industrial typically gives you a good head start. 
You will be joining a fantastic team who know how to recruit professionally and have fun doing so! Plenty of roles to get stuck into from day 1, so that means commission to be earnt from day one too!

The role:

• You will be responsible for sourcing candidates and building long lasting relationships with them
• Understanding their requirements for their new role
• Matching them to your clients vacancies
• Guiding them through the interview process
• Negotiating salaries and benefit packages
• Utilising social media and job boards to advertise roles
• Relationship management with candidates and clients
