As a resourcer you will be joining a team that specialises in the recruitment of construction professionals on a permanent and temporary basis throughout the UK.

The Job

• Your role will be to create and establish long lasting relationships with candidates within the construction sector
• Understanding client requirements 
• Management of rotas and shifts and filling last minute roles
• Sourcing candidates for short and long term opportunities throughout Yorkshire
• Working with large and small companies and building their trust by providing the best talent
• Your administration skills must be fantastic to keep on top of GDPR and licences

About You:

• 6+ months recruitment experience
• Excellent communication skills and able to build relationships with clients and candidates at all levels
