Construction Recruitment Consultant role in central Leeds, just a 5 minute walk from the station! (Sector training given)
Working for an established Construction Recruitment firm who has very loyal clients, excellent contracts, strong PSL relationships which in turn means you will have roles to work on from day 1 whilst you start to build your desk.

Duties:

• To advertise vacancies on a rolling weekly basis to source and select an on-going candidate pool available for daily/weekly appointments and client demands
• To maintain high and professional levels of communication with clients, permanent and contract workers and to ensure communication is appropriately shared
• Working with your colleagues to continuously improve service levels and standards
• Business development to bring on new clients
• Active participation in weekly team briefings, team talks/discussions
• Proactive engagement in scoping the local area for events and deciding factors relating to the wider business needs
• Working as part of a team 
• Building long lasting relationships with candidates within the construction sector
