Ignite Rec2Rec have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to work within our clients growing and collaborative team. Moving to beautiful new offices on Greek Street in Central Leeds to ensure the best facilities when you are in the office!
Placing candidates within the Construction, Logistics and Waste sectors throughout the UK market.  Supplying high volumes of staff on a temporary, contract and permanent basis. We are looking for a driven individual with experience of running high numbers of candidates. This will include working closely with Clients & Candidates delivering an exceptional service to both sides.
 
Responsibilities of the role:

• Running your own desk
• Building a Client Portfolio
• Building a Candidate Portfolio
• Making placements Nationwide
• Hitting monthly Targets / KPI’s
• Forecasting the market
• Daily input onto the CRM with new clients and candidates
• Running adverts for existing and upcoming vacancies
• Resourcing candidates using multiple job boards
• Building a team within your sector

Salary:

• £26,000-£36,000 based on previous experience
• Strong commission structure
• Monthly, quarterly, and yearly bonus structure on performance
• Consistency bonus for hitting KPI’s each quarter

Working hours:
8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (Flexible)
 
Previous experience within Recruitment:
6 months minimum
