You can take complete control of this and head up the White Collar Division
  
Working closely with the MD and the 6 other team members who specialise in the blue collar sector you will bring with you the knowledge and drive it requires to start up a new sector within white collar.

What you bring:

• You have an in-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment – from winning large and adhoc clients, job postings, conducting interviews, offering and aftercare
• A natural ability to land an expand within your accounts
• A clear and focussed approach to the permanent or contract recruitment processes
• An understanding of the white collar sector meaning, peaks and troughs, how to prepare and plan for this and strong client management
• Additionally, you have excellent organisational skills with a high ability to prioritise tasks, as well as a strong attention to detail and solid analytical skills
