Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 Per annum – £40K -£50K first year OTE + uncapped commission structure, progression opportunities, benefits & incentives.

• Create talent pools for current and future jobs, speaking with existing candidates and building new relationships within the construction sector
• Building new client relationships to win new business opportunities
• Working with your team to ensure job opportunities are filled
• Arrange frequent client and candidate visits
• Always striving to better yourself
• Work as a team and collaboratively
