Ignite Rec2Rec are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and driven Remote Delivery Recruitment Consultant. You must be a specialist in placing top talent in tax and transfer pricing sectors.

As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their needs and matching them with the right job opportunities. You will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Understand the needs of clients and match them with suitable candidates
• Source and screen candidates for job opportunities
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Negotiate job offers and close deals
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the tax and transfer sector
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A self-motivated and results-driven attitude
• Strong knowledge of the recruitment industry
